Florida law makes up about a third of the Florida Agent's Health & Life (including Annuities & Variable Contracts) exam, known as the 2-15: 13% on statutes and rules common to all lines, 10% on life and annuity insurance including variable products, and 10% on health insurance, according to the Pearson VUE Florida content outline effective 1 January 2026. The exam has 150 scored questions in all. The state sets the passing standard for the real exam, and it isn't necessarily 70% correct; we show 70% as a practical target. For the general knowledge part, take the 100-question Life & Health practice exam.
