How this practice exam works

Ohio's Life, Accident and Health agent exam (series 11-35, 150 questions in 2.5 hours) mixes the Ohio Revised Code and Ohio Department of Insurance rules into its sections rather than testing them in a separate part; Insurance Regulation is 10% of the exam, according to the PSI candidate bulletin updated 24 March 2026. These topics collect the Ohio-specific rules the outline cites. The state sets the passing standard for the real exam, and it isn't necessarily 70% correct; we show 70% as a practical target. For the general knowledge part, take the 100-question Life & Health practice exam.
